Lt. Rt. Kigula Sam‘s Biography

Background

Born and raised in Nakasongola, Sam laid his educational foundations at Kabalega Secondary School, Masindi, where he first discovered his passion for leadership and service. He remains deeply connected to his community, living and working among the people he serves.

Before transitioning into politics, Sam served with distinction in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant. His tenure included duty with the Special Forces Command(SFC), where he honed discipline, strategic thinking, and crisis-management skills .

Guided by hard work, consistency, and trustworthiness, Sam believes that sustainable development stems from hands-on leadership and genuine partnership with cultural, faith, and youth groups. His collaboration with the Buruuli Kingdom exemplifies how tradition and progress can advance together .

  1. Financial Integrity & Pension Reform
